The Independent Partner Program (IPP) exists as an optional way for eligible members to share PCFC with others and participate in recurring referral revenue when someone chooses to join.

Participation is voluntary.

There is no additional cost to join the IPP.
Education remains the foundation.

The Independent Partner Program allows an eligible participant to share a personal referral link.

If someone joins the PCFC Complete Package (Phases 1–4) through that link and maintains an active subscription, the Independent Partner may receive 50% of the active subscription price on a recurring basis, subject to program terms and eligibility requirements.

That’s it.

No tiers.
No downlines.
No recruiting quotas.
No inventory.
No “pay to join.”

The IPP is not:

• A pyramid scheme
• Multi-level marketing (MLM)
• Network marketing
• A coaching downline
• A pay-to-recruit structure

Only direct referrals are eligible for commission.
There are no commissions on referrals of referrals.

This single-level structure prevents pyramid mechanics.

To participate in the PCFC Independent Partner Program (IPP), an individual must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Comply with PCFC terms and policies
• Provide required tax documentation prior to receiving any payouts

Individuals under 18 may access PCFC educational content through a parent or legal guardian account but are not eligible to participate in the IPP.

Each Independent Partner receives a unique referral link.

Referral attribution generally occurs when:

• A prospective member clicks an Independent Partner’s referral link, and
• Completes enrollment using their email address through the PCFC platform.

Before enrollment, referral association may rely on browser/device tracking. After enrollment, attribution is typically associated with the member’s account email within the platform.

Referral tracking depends on platform systems and user behavior. Actions such as clearing cookies, using multiple devices, switching email addresses, or enrolling outside the referral link may disrupt attribution.

PCFC’s intent is to preserve legitimate referral relationships when reasonably supported by system data, but attribution cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

Referral Commission Structure

Independent Partners earn 50% of the active subscription price charged to the referred member at the time of billing, excluding taxes, discounts, refunds, or chargebacks.

VIP memberships do not generate referral commissions.

Commission continues on a recurring basis for as long as:

• The referred member maintains an active eligible subscription
• Platform attribution remains intact

Illustrative Example — PCFC Complete Package ($19.99/month)

If a referred member joins the PCFC Complete Package at $19.99 per month:

50% commission = approximately $10 per month

If 10 active members remain subscribed:

10 × $9.995 ≈ $99.95 per month (before payout provider fees)

If 100 active members remain subscribed:

100 × $9.995 ≈ $999.50 per month (before payout provider fees)

Illustrative Example — Annual Membership ($190/year)

If a referred member joins the annual membership at $190:

50% commission = approximately $95

If 10 members purchase the annual membership:

10 × $95 = $950 (before payout provider fees)

If 100 members purchase the annual membership:

100 × $95 = $9,500 (before payout provider fees)

These examples are illustrative only. Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on real member decisions and retention.

New members who enroll through an Independent Partner referral link and remain active in Phase 2 or higher for three consecutive months may qualify for one private 30-minute strategy session with David or Marcy.

The session:

• Does not expire once earned
• Requires the member to remain active in Phase 2 or higher at the time of scheduling
• Must be scheduled by contacting PCFC directly
• Is subject to availability

This referral benefit is intended to provide additional value to members who join through an Independent Partner relationship.

PCFC reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral benefits if necessary for operational sustainability or compliance.

IP commissions accumulate inside the affiliate dashboard.

A minimum payout threshold of $50 must be reached before payment is issued.

This threshold exists to:

• Reduce excessive processing fees
• Maintain operational sustainability
• Avoid inefficient micro-transactions

PCFC reserves the right to adjust the minimum threshold if processing costs materially impact sustainability.

Commissions are calculated at 50% of the active subscription price.

Processing and transfer fees charged by third-party payment providers may apply. Payment processors and payout providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, ACH, or banks) may apply transaction or transfer fees depending on region and method.

PCFC does not control third-party fee structures.

Commissions are reviewed and paid manually after:

• Verification of eligibility
• Confirmation of active referral status
• Required tax documentation on file

PCFC reserves the right to delay, withhold, or adjust payout amounts in cases involving suspected fraud, refund activity, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, or policy violations.

Independent Partners select their payout method within the affiliate system, subject to platform availability.

The Independent Partner Program operates through third-party platforms and payment systems. Tracking logic, reporting, payout processing, and affiliate mechanics depend on those systems.

If platform functionality changes, PCFC reserves the right to adjust program mechanics as necessary to maintain compliance and operational integrity.

The IPP is available in countries supported by the payment platforms used by PCFC.

Currency conversion, transfer fees, and local regulations vary by country.

Independent Partners are responsible for understanding their local tax obligations.

Independent Partners are responsible for their own tax compliance.

Required tax documentation must be submitted and verified prior to payout issuance.
