Refund Policy
Power Couple Financial Coaching LLC

Power Couple Financial Coaching LLC (“PCFC”) provides digital educational content and membership-based access to online materials. By purchasing or subscribing to any paid membership plan, you agree to the following refund terms.
Monthly Memberships (No Refunds)
Monthly memberships (including the PCFC Complete Package, VIP, or future monthly plans) are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time to stop future charges.
- Future billing will stop upon cancellation.
- Access remains active through the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.
Because access to digital educational materials is granted immediately upon payment, monthly plan payments are non-refundable, including if you cancel shortly after a charge.
Annual Memberships (14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)
Annual plans are discounted subscription options billed once per year.
- Refund window: Annual memberships include a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial annual purchase date.
- How to request: To request a refund within the 14-day window, email coaching@powercouplefinancialcoaching.com from the email address used at checkout.
- After 14 days: Annual plan payments are non-refundable. No prorated refunds are provided for partial-year usage.
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel an annual plan at any time to prevent renewal. Canceling stops the next annual charge and does not automatically create a refund. Access remains active through the end of the current annual term unless a refund is issued within the 14-day window.
Upgrades and Downgrades
- Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in billing adjustments.
- Downgrades generally take effect at the next billing cycle or renewal period, depending on the plan.
- Multiple plan changes within the same billing period may be restricted.
Digital Products
All products and materials provided by PCFC are digital in nature. Due to immediate delivery of access, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
Billing Errors and Technical Issues
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a verified technical issue preventing access, please contact us promptly. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. All requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of PCFC.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting PCFC to resolve a billing concern may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access
- Permanent termination of membership
- Ineligibility for future membership
